Upcoming Events Featuring Creole Tomatoes

  • BACCO served a Creole Tomato and Crawfish dish at the NOWFE Grand Tasting on Friday, May 22nd. The dish won the silver metal for plating, presentation and design.
  • BACCO is planning to serve a cool salad of Creole tomatoes, Louisiana crawfish tails, grilled Vidalia onions & spicy saffron vinaigrette at an upcoming event at the Inn on Bourbon.
  • Ralph’s on the Park is serving a crawfish salad consisting of Fresh Breaux Bridge crawfish tails, roasted sweet corn, Creole tomatoes, local goat feta cheese, and a Creole mustard & sherry dressing. It’s served on tender butter lettuce, fingerling potatoes and house-pickled okra.
  • BACCO also plans to serve Crabmeat, Creole Tomato, and Avocado with a Spicy Vinaigrette at the Creole Tomato Festival.
  • Red Fish Grill will be offering a Creole Tomato Salad of  sliced, vine ripened Creole tomatoes with shaved Vidalia onions, asparagus spears, baby arugula and imported goat cheese, finished with a fresh herb vinaigrette.
