Creole Tomatoes

Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group chefs use only the freshest, local seasonal ingredients. With quality and farm freshness dominating the menus at Red Fish Grill, BACCO, and Ralph’s on the Park, it’s no wonder the auction battle for the first batch of Creole tomatoes of the season was won by the Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group.

The Creole tomatoes were brought into the French Market by A.J's Produce from a farmer in lower St. Bernard Parish. All proceeds from the auction benefit Children's Hospital. This auction reignites the tradition dating back decades, which has fallen by the wayside since Katrina, and has now been brought back to benefit Children's Hospital. This is the first auction since Katrina, and Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group is proud to have participated to help the community.
