Titus Perkins

Titus Perkins, Brennan's Executive Kitchen Manager and 20 year veteran of the Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group team

Titus was honored with the "Faces of Diversity" Award from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. Titus was one of only three National winners and received his award in-person with his two children Titus Jr, and Tiyiana, plus our executive team cheering him on at a Gala Dinner Event in Washington DC.

The restaurant and foodservice industry is one of the most diverse and employs more minority managers in the US than any other industry. Founded in 2006, the Faces of Diversity program promotes the importance of diversity and inclusion and raises awareness about the important role restaurants play in providing a ladder of opportunity for millions of Americans to achieve the American Dream. In partnership with PepsiCo Foodservice, the Faces of Diversity Awards program honors individuals in the restaurant industry who have realized the American Dream through hard work, determination and enterprise.

Titus' personal and professional story is inspiring and motivating. Titus embodies the core values of RBRG, and we could not be more proud of his generous spirit and success.
