How do I check the balance on my Gift Card?

If I don't use the entire amount on my gift card, what happens?
There are no maintenance or non-usage fees or charges. Any amount not used when paying for your meal stays on your gift card. You can use the remaining balance on your card at your next visit to any Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group restaurant.
Can I use my card to pay for private parties, catering events or delivery?
Classic Gift Cards, E-Cards and Holiday Bonus Cards are not accepted as payment for Private Events at any Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group restaurant.
Can I use my gift card the same day it is purchased?
Gift cards are not valid the same day they are purchased. After the date of purchase gift cards are valid (7) days a week at all participating restaurants.
Can I use my card to pay for merchandise?
Classic Gift Cards, E-Cards and Holiday Bonus Cards are not accepted as payment for merchandise at any Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group restaurant or in our online shop.
Can you replace my Gift Card if I lose it?
Please protect your gift card like cash because they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Purchasing & Sending:
Are there any fees associated with purchasing gift cards?
There are no fees or shipping charges. You will only be charged the face value of the card. If you would like to have the gift card expedited via Fed-Ex 2 Day Shipping, you have the option to do so for an additional $15 at checkout. For overnight options, call 504-539-5506 to place your order.
Returns are determined on an individual basis. Gift cards are not redeemable for full cash value. If you wish to make a return, please call customer service at 504-539-5506 within (30) days of the purchase date.

When is my credit card charged for my purchase?
Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase.
Can I buy an eGift Card for myself?
Yes. To do so, go to the "Email" tab and enter your name in the "Recipient's Name" field and your email address in the "Recipient's Email" field. Complete the transaction normally. When you receive your eGift Card email, follow the instructions in the email to retrieve and redeem your eGift Card.
I want a printed eGift Card to present to someone as a gift. How do I do this?
Simply personalize the eGift Card for your recipient, have it sent to yourself and then print it. To do this, go to the "Print" tab. On this tab, enter your own email address in the "Sender’s Email" field. Enter your recipient's name and your personal message on the eGift Card form, and complete the transaction normally. You will receive an eGift Card alert via email. Follow the instructions in this message to retrieve your eGift Card and then choose "Click to print this page." The resulting printout may be presented as a gift to the recipient and may be redeemed at any participating Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group restaurant.
Receiving & Redeeming
What does the recipient receive when I send an eGift Card?
An email message is sent to the recipient with a link to the eGift Card you created (the design you selected, with your recipient's name and your personalized message), its value and code number. This page also gives simple instructions for printing and redeeming the eGift Card.
When is the eGift Card sent to the recipient?
The eGift Card is sent as soon as you confirm your order.
Where can I use my eGift Card & Classic Gift Card?
Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group eGift and Classic Cards can be used at Ralph’s on the Park, Red Fish Grill, Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen, café b, Heritage Grill, Café NOMA and Brennan’s.
When do cards expire?
eGift Cards and Classic Gift Cards never expire and there are no maintenance or non-usage fees. Your Card will retain its full value until it is used. They are accepted for food, beverage, tax and gratuity at all participating restaurants during operating hours.
Shipping & Handling
How are Classic Gift Cards sent?
Classic Gift Cards are sent through the US Postal Service from the corporate office located in New Orleans. Please allow (1) week for delivery.
Can I mail a Classic Gift Card to a recipient outside of the United States?
International orders cannot be processed at this time. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
What if my recipient does not receive the Classic Gift Card within a week?
Please call our customer support center at 504-539-5506. Gift cards cannot be traced through the US Postal Service.
Security & Reliability
Is my order secure?
All personal and financial information is transmitted using the https protocol over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), utilizing state of the art technology for consumer protection. Behind the scenes, your web browser is sending all personal and financial information over SSL using Authorize.net
How do I know the recipient actually received the eGift Card I sent them?
You will receive an email message confirming delivery, along with a receipt.
What if I lose my eGift Card?
Your eGift Card has cash value and should be safeguarded as such. If you lose your printed eGift Card, contact Customer Support immediately. If your eGift Card has not been redeemed or has some remaining value, we can cancel the original and issue you a new eGift Card for that value.
What if someone makes a copy of my printed eGift Card?
Our state of the art technology inhibits fraud, but you must safeguard your eGift Card for your own protection. If someone makes a copy of your Gift Card and redeems it for the full amount, your copy will have no value. No matter how many copies are made, the value of the eGift Card is tied to the Gift Card number. When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the eGift Card. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your eGift Card, contact Customer Support immediately. Any value that has not been used can be re-issued to you in a new Gift Card.
