The candidate must be highly energetic, professional, and customer service oriented who can lead an established team.

Responsibilities: 

  • Active involvement and supervision financial controls including daily labor budgets and operating and general expense controls 
  • Active involvement in forecasting upcoming business, sales and labor templates 
  • Direct the staff incentive program development and be accountable for the results 
  • Active participation in and identification of opportunities to grow counts and build sales 
  • Hold management team accountable for restaurant systems and procedures 
  • Supervise the day-to-day activities and performance of the management team 
  • Indirectly supervise BOH management team in absence of direct supervisor (Chef, GM) 
  • Uphold / Improve systems for dining room and bar organization and efficiency 
  • Serve as and / or manage the primary training manager for FOH service staff with regard to program development, shift counseling, ongoing development 
  • Ensure day-to-day on-shift food quality and consistency

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor degree preferred 
  • 3+ years restaurant and / or hotel management experience (no exceptions) 
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and human resources / development skills are a must 
  • Candidate must have a strong service background 
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge is necessary
