Lemon & Champagne Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 3 ounces champagne wine vinegar
- 1 ounce lemon juice, strained
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 large shallot, chopped
- 1-2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1/4 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 1/4 cups olive oil blend
Instructions
Puree all ingredients, except for oil, in blender. With machine running, slowly add the oil.
