Braithe Gill
Corporate Beverage Director
Braithe Gill is an award-winning beverage leader and certified sommelier whose leadership elevated Brennan’s to earn Wine Spectator’s Grand Award after Hurricane Katrina. Awarded Top Female Achiever by New Orleans Magazine in 2022, Braithe has helped the beverage program earn Wine Enthusiast’s Outstanding Wine Program Award and recognition from Tales of the Cocktail.
As Corporate Beverage Director for Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group, Braithe curates acclaimed wine, cocktail, and non-alcoholic programs across multiple concepts. She has crafted exclusive private-label Champagnes, including a 2023 collaboration with Piper-Heidsieck’s Émilien Boutillat to create Brennan’s ‘Essential’ cuvée.
Her global expertise stems from travel and education, including Somm Camp, Oregon Pinot Camp, Cape Wine, and study across Napa, Sonoma, Champagne, Burgundy, and Italy. Before joining RBRG, she held notable roles in New York, serving as Wine Director at Danny Meyer’s Union Square Café and General Manager at Brooklyn Wine Exchange. Upon moving to New Orleans in 2012, Braithe was the General Manager and Beverage Director at Salon by Sucré right before she joined RBRG.
A passionate mentor and educator, Braithe serves as Vice President of the NOWFE Board and leads sommelier certification programs companywide. While guiding the beverage managers across all the properties, Braithe ensures they create drinks that reflect the company’s brand pillars. She supports the continued development of the beverage managers by exposing them to competitive market research. Braithe remains a driving force for innovation in the industry, focusing on hospitality, sustainability, and emerging beverage trends.
