With a passion for visual storytelling, strategic marketing, and the culinary arts, Callie Folse brings almost two decades of experience to her role as Marketing & Brand Identity Manager for Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group. A proud New Orleans native and LSU Public Relations graduate, she blends creativity and strategy to enhance brand awareness, guest engagement, and sales.

Callie’s knowledge of advertising, design, and digital marketing has been instrumental in shaping the group’s visual identity. She leads social media, special event promotions, private event marketing, and e-commerce initiatives, crafting engaging content that reflects the brand’s rich culinary legacy. Passionate about food photography and staying ahead of digital trends, Callie brings the dining experience to life across all platforms.

Playing a key role in menu design and engineering, Callie collaborates with chefs to create visually appealing, sales-driven menus. Her work extends to print materials and in-restaurant signage, ensuring brand consistency and an optimized guest experience.  Additionally, she has been pivotal in launching and evolving new concepts, including the rebranding of Jazz Kitchen Coastal Grill & Patio and Beignets Expressed, as well as growing King Cakes by Brennan’s and Ralph Brennan Bakery’s retail presence.

Beyond her professional role, Callie loves to cook and is deeply involved in the community as a Girl Scout Troop Leader and Alumnae Class Ambassador for the Academy of the Sacred Heart. Her dedication to brand storytelling, digital innovation, and the art of food makes her an invaluable asset to Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group.
