Christina Persand, a seasoned marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in hospitality marketing, leads impactful initiatives that drive guest engagement and elevate brand visibility. In her current position as Marketing and Promotions Manager for the Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group, Christina oversees corporate giving efforts, promotional planning, and high-profile events across multiple properties. 

She holds a degree in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Business Administration from Louisiana State University. Before joining the Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group, Christina served as the Local Store Marketing Manager for Raising Cane’s, where she oversaw operations across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama, and supported new store openings. 

Christina plays a key role in leading corporate giving initiatives, forging sustained partnerships with organizations such as Children’s Hospital and the Susan G. Komen Foundation through high-impact annual events. She also oversees the Cocktail for a Cause at Ralph’s on the Park, which supports 12 nonprofits each year. Christina manages the signature Manners Class Program for local area school children at Brennan’s, allowing her to mentor students with skills that extend beyond the classroom. Inspired by Ralph Brennan’s generous commitment to the community, Christina ensures that giving back remains a cornerstone of the company’s mission.

Christina also brings each restaurant to life with engaging promotional events that create memorable guest experiences and celebrate long-standing traditions. She collaborates with General Managers and Chefs to coordinate signature events like the Turtle Parade, Breakfast with Santa, and International Champagne Day, ensuring every event provides a distinct and engaging experience that deepens guests’ connection with our brands.

Beyond her professional role, Christina is deeply involved in her community. She volunteers at St. Francis Xavier Catholic School and actively participates in the Girl Scouts with her daughter, Emery. She served for 10 years on both the Oyster Fest Board and the Mount Carmel Academy Alumnae Board, helping shape the success of local events and initiatives.
