Making her mark in the early 2000s by building Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group’s in-house accounting department from the ground up, Heather Rink is the group’s Controller. Transitioning the company from outsourced financial services to a fully integrated system, Heather oversees the financial strategy of the diverse portfolio of restaurants and related businesses. As Heather’s job evolved over the years, her expertise grew to extend beyond the restaurant industry, managing financial operations for 425 Notre Dame, Second Line Stages, and Ralph Brennan’s real estate ventures.

A Certified Public Accountant and Louisiana State University graduate, Heather began her career at Arthur Andersen for five years, quickly rising to manager. She has since dedicated over two decades to the Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group, ensuring its continued growth and success. Reflecting on her impressive tenure, Heather’s most cherished aspect of the job is that RBRG exemplifies hospitality for its customers and employees. Ralph’s commitment to leadership development while maintaining financial and service excellence inspires employees.

Heather is equally passionate about giving back to the community. Volunteering at a horse therapy center, Heather helps care for horses with disabilities and prepares them for therapy sessions. Having such a love for horses, Heather adopted a horse for several years. Heather’s volunteer efforts extend to school initiatives and reading programs. As a daughter of the American Revolution, she participates in historic education programs at schools and veterans’ outreach.
