Jennifer Holden is an accomplished operations specialist with a proven track record in training, business development, and strategic management within the hospitality industry. As Operations Business Manager for Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group, Jennifer works directly with the Director of Operations to drive business initiatives and ensure seamless execution across the company’s distinctive restaurants. She is key in controlling labor costs, developing pricing strategies to boost profitability, and managing capital projects. Known for her hands-on approach, Jennifer is always willing to step in and fill any role, leaving each restaurant better than she found it.

Prior to joining Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group, Jennifer held leadership roles at Pokemoto, Informa Markets, ProShow, Burger King, and Quiznos, where she specialized in improving profitability, training, and operational efficiency. She successfully lowered food costs, increased employee retention, and managed multi-million dollar budgets, driving growth and operational improvements across multiple markets. Reflecting on her experience, Jennifer has built a reputation for strategic thinking, problem-solving, and strengthening business operations.

Jennifer has a passion for sustainability that extends beyond her professional life and aligns closely with Ralph Brennan’s commitment to responsible practices. She has restored and renovated historic homes, creatively reusing materials to preserve their charm and reduce waste. Within the community, Jennifer serves as a Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), advocating for the best interests of children in the welfare system, and is deeply involved in animal rescue, fostering dogs, and supporting local shelters.
