Mike Schline serves as Business Development Manager for Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group, where he leads initiatives focused on expanding business, cultivating industry partnerships, and strengthening the group’s presence within the hospitality and events community. His work plays a key role in supporting continued growth and advancing Private Party business.

Mike brings a strategic, people-first approach to his work, consistently aligning exceptional customer experiences with business objectives. Prior to joining Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group, Mike served as Assistant General Manager at The Sazerac House for 11 years, where he led a team of 35 and managed operations supporting more than 200,000 visitors annually. He also served as Senior Marketing Executive at Caesars Casino, where he managed a portfolio of 2,500 clients and achieved a 116% increase in sales revenue during his final quarter. Mike’s background also includes leadership positions at the National WWII Museum and the New Orleans Zephyrs Baseball organization for 16 years, where he demonstrated his ability to drive growth and build lasting relationships

An active participant in the local business and hospitality organizations, Mike is a member of Meeting Professionals International and the French Quarter Business Association. Outside of work, Mike is married with three dogs. A passionate sports fan, he proudly supports LSU baseball, the New York Yankees, and the New Orleans Saints.
