Ginger, Green Onion & Lime Chimmichurri
- 1 bunch green onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil Salt to taste
- 11/2 tablespoons fresh ginger root, finely grated
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
Combine ingredients in a food processor and purée until smooth. Remove and transfer to a bowl, add salt as needed. Refrigerate.
